The stay is awesome. Great space and comfort. The only thing was the water will leak during shower in the master bed room.

A few things in the house could use some repair/fixing but overall it’s a great space. Close to my corporate office and plenty of space to relax. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or get take out and the big master bed is a huge plus

Upon arrival the house appeared very clean and had a nice fresh scent I would’ve given it 5 stars however we ran into a few complications the comforter in the master bedroom had a pretty big white crust stain on it which was on the under side of the comforter which made me feel as if the comforter etc wasn’t washed prior to our arrival. The master bedroom right sink ( the sink closest to the shower) had a leak under the sink, seems like it’s probably been leaking for a while. It even caused the carpet to be wet near the sink and the water wasn’t on that long. Also, the tank for the fire pit seemed like their wasn’t anymore gas in it, which was really needed since it was cold in Atlanta during the duration of our stay and the previous guest left their trash on the back porch (no big trash can outside from or back) and it seems like raccoons got to it so it was trash scattered all over the porch.
