This is our second stay in as many years in Herve and Annie’s apartment…which says everything. It is charming, warm, comfortable and secure. Montparnasse is very good for transport links and full of cafes and restaurants. We loved it. Should we come back to this beautiful city we will book Herve and Annie’s….its like coming home.

What a wonderful place to stay in Paris! The location couldn't have been better! We were part of a vibrant (yet peaceful) neighborhood, literally steps away from Monoprix, a wonderful bakery, dozens of restaurants and quintessential corner Parisien bars and cafés. We could walk to Notre Dame or the Musée d'Orsay in under half an hour and were minutes away from the metro for trips to the Eiffel Tower or Arc de Triomphe (and even the airport). We so enjoyed returning to our adorable two bedroom at the end of the day with room to regroup. The water pressure (and abundance of very hot water) was invigorating, the hair dryer, amazing (!) and the beds, comfortable. Annie and Hervé were very accommodating with check-in and checkout times which allowed us to extend our visit a little bit on each end. We would definitely recommend this apartment without reservation.

We had a fantastic stay at Herve’s apartment and highly recommend it! Not only is the location close to main train stations but it’s also a lovely vibrant neighbourhood. The apartment itself is exactly as described, quiet, clean, charming and comfortable. Check in was great and it was very easy to communicate with Herve and Annie. I’d happily stay here again when visiting Paris!

Great home away from home. Conveniently located and perfect for travelers wanting to be comfortable in the city. Host was very communicative and met us at the apartment to give us the key and help familiarize us with the accommodations. Highly recommend!!
