This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. This home does not allow any pets other than dogs. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE. Rules for renting with a dog: -Your dog must be older than 9-months. -Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the home. -You must clean up after your dog. -No excessive barking. -Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. Use the pool in the general subdivision or use the hot tub, sauna, BBQ. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to enjoy the ocean and mother nature, this is it. Watch, twice a day, as the Dolphins swim 20 yards off shore. A Marina and "Tacky Jacks" restaurant and Karaoke bar is right across the street, and 3 other restaurants and stores close by. We have dreamt of owning a home on the beach for years and are so thrilled to see this dream realized. We named the home “Eden’s Waters” after our daughter and because it is simply paradise here! Our hope is that you will love spending time here as much as we do! We have vacationed in Florida in the past and just recently became aware of the Fort Morgan area and we have to agree that it has the BEST beaches! White sugar, squeaky clean sand, and so secluded. The people here are great! Unique Benefits of this home: Since the property is in a Gated subdivision (we will give you the gate code!), we all share in the amenities of the subdivision on the property. You are invited to use the pool in the general subdivision. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to enjoy the ocean and mother nature, this is it.
