We absolutely loved our Seattle stay in Katie’s beautiful home! Its central location made getting around Seattle a breeze. The home is warm and inviting and all the extra touches were appreciated. Highly recommend.
The house and location are fantastic. It was extremely clean, comfortable beds, and very nice linens. Despite being on a busy road, it was very quiet at night and we always felt safe. Parking was also very easy, usually always in front of the house, which we greatly appreciated. It was perfect for our family of five. Check in and check out were a breeze. We hope to stay again when we return to Seattle to visit our family and friends.
This is a lovely home and perfect spot for a Seattle getaway! Its location is conveniently located by restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. Katie was quick to respond and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
Friends and family scattered about the country, we were able to gather in one place and have a nice weekend together. The house was well maintained and cozy. Everyone enjoyed their stay and remarked more than once that they enjoyed the place. Cold and rainy January, we stayed inside, but we did take a peek around the yard and it was quite nice as well. Looks like a good place to have a spring or summer meal. I sent one message prior to check-in that went unanswered. However, I saw that my questions were answered in the description, as well as the messages (automated?) that were sent by the owners. We had no issues, so I can't attest to their attentiveness if something were to come up. So, overall, a no-fuss, enjoyable long weekend with loved ones.
We had a wonderful stay in Katie’s place. The home is comfortable, clean and large enough for several generations. The kids adored the children’s space upstairs, while the grandparents had their own room and bathroom downstairs. I appreciated the easy, walkable location. Lots of really good food blocks away. Parking right outside was no problem. Wallingford is a sweet neighborhood. Highly recommend this home in Seattle.

Wallingford is one of the best Seattle neighborhoods and has a very cool, hip and laid back vibe. Our home is just five blocks from 45th Street which is the center of the neighborhood with a ton of trendy restaurants and shops. With easy transit access you are near Green Lake, Phinney Ridge, University Village and Freemont. Our home has easy access to Hwy 99 and I-5 you are quick commute away from Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond & Kirkland.
Free parking is available out front on the street in front of the home. If extra parking is needed, the home has 1 parking spot in the back of the home that can be accessed through the alley. You can also walk just a few blocks down the to heart of Wallingford.
