House itself was a very nice vacation home. We only had two complaints. One that the pool heat was broken, which the owners made us aware upon our arrival and even though they were unable to fix the problem, they were very helpful and making sure we received our refund. The second complaint was that we got to the beach house about 15 minutes prior to check-in and went ahead and went inside. That is when we called the company to make them aware of the pool heat. The lady that I was on chat with told us that if we did not vacate the home immediately we would be evicted . I think that was poor language to use on the companies part because we were only there 15 minutes early and I’m not sure why she had to say we would be evicted by checking in 15 minutes early. All in all it was a very nice stay and everyone there enjoy themselves and he was a amazing

This review would’ve been 5 stars across the board, however, we had a couple of issues that are noted. 1. Internet was down due to construction. Vacasa was quick to respond to texts but local team response was unusually slow. Once responded they were very friendly and utilities fixed it- but first 2 days we had no internet which impacted several things. 2. Pool- I chose this property for the heated on site pool. I had looked at reviews and past issues appeared resolved. I even confirmed that it would be heated on day of arrival and was told the local team was handling it. Upon arrival the filter was running but no heat. It’s December, we need heat. Upon contacting Vacasa I was told it was broken. This should’ve been communicated prior to arrival as I would’ve considered other properties. Overall -beautiful property and well appropriated. Great for large/multi families. Easy beach access. At end of day we had a great family vaca and will visit again

Very nice had plenty room for the whole family. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the decks. Nice weather.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a beautiful, secluded location with direct beach access. The home was clean and well-maintained. Some thing to be aware of is proximity to local stores - the home good 30 minutes out of town if you need to run to the store or want to get a bite to eat, so plan accordingly. The only real complaint I have is poor communication from Vacasa regarding heating the pool - the listing asks for a 1-day notice to heat the pool (which was given) but Vacasa reps said they needed 72 hours notice, which meant over half of our stay would not have a heated pool. Despite this, they still tried to charge us for the full 5 night cost of heating the pool (we refused). Several days into our stay a service technician came and discovered that the pool pump and heater were not in working order, and repaired it. The pool began heating on the morning of our checkout. Ultimately we did not have to pay for the pool heating, but the poor communication knocks off a star.

The house has a fantastic layout. Perfect for our 3 families and one set of grandparents. Easy access to the beach. Some things that could easily be fixed to make it even better: fix dishwasher bottom rack, fix garbage disposal, pool pump was not working - no circulation and heater not working, higher quality towels would be a plus. Despite these little things, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this house.
