Absolutely amazing! Just as beautiful as the photos. Local food was delicious. Amenities and grounds were perfectly maintained and easy to access. The view was breathtaking. Phillip went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you for everything!!!!

Great place for multiple families to stay. Close to the pools and a short walk to the beach. Phillip is a wonderful host and was very prompt on any questions we had for him. Highly recommend this house for bigger families looking for a wonderful place to stay. You can't beat all the activities and things to do around the complex when you've had enough beach and pool time! If anyone in the family enjoys golf, this place is a short walk to Kiva Dunes, a wonderful course for all skill levels. Can't say enough good things about this place and we are looking to book our trip again!

House was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room for some to play games, go read, or just relax. Location is great with plenty to do. Very enjoyable vacation!
