Everyone was comfortable in there room. The area was breath taking. The beach flags were very helpful when the continue was good to go in the water. The house was beautiful, amazing and provide us with all the houses need.

This property is an ideal set up for a family that enjoys direct access to the beach. The beach was quite private - we had a lot of space to ourselves. Be sure to rent beach chair and sun shades to make it even more enjoyable. The open house layout was great for cooking and other indoor activities. We had 7 adults and 4 children and it was great.

The house is in terrible condition. The driveway is only passable when if you have a tall vehicle, like an SUV or truck. My guest’s sedan got stuck in the soft sand in the driveway. Airbnb did not respond until the next day and only responded to tell me they wouldn’t do anything. The house had a lot of deferred maintenance, including -Fridge in laundry room broken -Scuffs and dents on walls and woodwork -Cloth on cabinet doors in loft broken -Tripped on bump in boards on decks -Trash under house -Lights in double bunk room don’t work -Fireplace screen broken -Water spot on den ceiling and upstairs master closet -Outdoor shower under house doesn’t work -Barbecue pit is dirty and falling apart -One of the lower kitchen cabinets is missing a hinge

This location was perfect. The neighborhood is perfect. The house is very spacious and the views are breathtaking. For the most part, it was clean with the exception of a few dishes that were put away dirty, by what I assume was the last guests. Beds were comfortable and clean. The only minor complaints are the jack and jill bathtub doesn’t drain well and the ceiling light in the bunk room didn’t work. The back deck door doesn’t close well but could be repaired easily. Minor minor issues and we would definitely stay in this house again. We were very pleased with this house.

I will start off by saying the location is wonderful. Prior to arriving to the location I had contacted Vacasa several different times to ensure that all issues had been remediated from previous reviews. I was assured that everything has been fixed. Upon arrival at the location, we noticed that the dishwasher was still not working, the Wi-Fi was not working, the back door knob fell off and was not repairable, there was a giant pot under the kitchen sink that was catching dirty water from the garbage disposal that smells bad, and the shower door handle in the master bathroom was broken. I called Vacasa to let them know of these issues. Someone came out the next day to replace the the door knob. But then they told us that the Wi-Fi and dishwasher would not be fixed during our stay, which would not have been as big of a deal if I had not called beforehand to assure that these things fixed. All this being said I will never be renting another property through Vacasa again.
