My hubby and I planned a combined Bachelor/ Bachelorette weekend in Nashville and we were tasked with finding 2 units in the same building around the same price (within budget of course). Another host recommended us to Josiah and we KNEW his unit would be perfect for the fellas! He was extremely responsive from our 1st encounter. He accommodated our check-in request, answered all my questions almost immediately and the unit itself was everything we expected. It was very clean, modern (felt very new) and met all expectations for the 6 picky guys that all work in Construction Mgmt (which means they pay attention to details😉). No concerns or complaints ... they loved the huge TV, separate beds so they all had their space and the rooftop deck made it easy for us all to hang out after our Bach/ Bachelorette shenanigans. I'd highly recommend this unit for anyone traveling to Nashville and if you're like us and need a 2nd unit... ask him to refer you to Amanda. They were both awesome hosts!

Had a wonderful stay at Josiah’s place. It worked perfectly for three couples and worked well for the disabled person we had with us. Highly recommend this location. Josiah was proactive and communicated well. Everything went well from start to finish.

Loved our stay at Josiah's apartment. Close to broadway and other places. Apartment was clean with all needed ammenities.
