Hello and Welcome to Elm Creek Properties! We are a local family owned company, operate small multi family rental properties throughout Spokane. We enjoy beautiful inland Northwest outdoors, and try to spend as much as time possible out in the nature or traveling. We travel and trek quite a bit ourselves, collecting cherished memories with loved ones.
