One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! Melanie and Scott were very responsive and informative. The rooms were clean and had everything we could possibly need, sound machines and temperature controlled rooms. We did one day of close wineries and another day on the other side of Seneca, it was very easy to get places and this airbnb is perfect location. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a fabulous time visiting for the April 2024 eclipse ! Melanie and Scott were great and very responsive. The house was lovely (kitchen so well-stocked) and we were within driving distance of lots of great things to do in the area. The surrounding area is so very peaceful and quiet and the immediate setting is lovely (fields, a babbling brook, old barns to look at!). The only thing I would caution on is if you are a large group that doesn't include couples (we were 7 women on a "girl's trip), the space is a little small. We knew we'd need to share rooms, but the bunk room is a triple and space is tight. It's not really suitable for an adult although our shortest group member made it work. The living room is also a little small for 6-7 adults to sit around in. During warmer months this would be less of a concern with the large "2-season" room but it was too cold to use during our stay. Other than that, the palace was truly fabulous and I'd go back - just with fewer people!!

What a beautiful home! Melanie and Scott were the consummate hosts, meeting us on arrival and giving a lovely tour of the home. Melanie explained the family history, which we loved—we felt so privileged to stay in her former family home! The house is just gorgeous, and so lovingly renovated for comfort. Everyone in our group remarked on how thoughtful the furnishings and simple touches around the home were. The pull-out single beds came in handy for our group of 12 and were a perfect addition. We really enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the beautiful surroundings, and had fun sitting together in the porch space once the sun set. This property is really conveniently located for anyone wanting to explore the finger lakes. Wineries abound in any direction, with so much to see and do. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!

Twelve of us including six children stayed four nights at the unique siltstone house beautifully and delicately furnished to please. Scott and Melanie welcomed us upon our arrival and introduced the well thought of features in the house to make our stay most enjoyable. The kids had lots of fun on the beautiful large grass field and lawn playing soccer as well as exploring the creek running through the property line. The scenery is so beautiful around us that reminded us of Tuscany that we recently visited. We all enjoyed the stay and hope to come back again! Thank you Melanie and Scott for making our trip most enjoyable and memorable!

This was the nicest air b and b we stayed in . The home was immaculate, and beautifully set up . It is very tasteful and comfortable at the same time . Everything you need on a vacation, is available. The hosts put a lot of thought and heart into the home they share They were very helpful and plan to come back again .
