Perfect house and location! We loved it and will absolutely come back. The house was mostly stocked with what we needed (I would recommend bringing your own toiletries though as we needed soap, lotion, etc) and very comfortable. There were games that we had a blast playing and enjoyed the views from the deck. Tom was great and communicated with us the entire time

Excellent stay! Best experience on Seneca Lake yet! The house location is great with the easiest access we've had on the lake. We received information on the house ahead of time and had an extremely easy check-in with the code. The house was immaculately clean and organized with an absolutely incredible view. It's so nice you may seriously want to stay home instead of going out. Our only complaints were that the coffee maker brews very slow (about 30 minutes for a pot) and the kitchen lacked some essentials that we anticipated due to the listing (salt, pepper, oil). I only say this because others may want to bring these things, not because it changes my mind about this house at all. Phenomenal house which we hope to visit again!
