Kelly's home is an absolute gem. A beautiful home in a quiet, private, convenient location, set on an absolutely stunning property. We spent almost every moment on the deck, on the dock, or looking out the windows. The views of and proximity to Seneca Lake are breathtaking. The house is exactly as described, even if the pictures don't quite do it justice. The home was immaculate, the kitchen and bathrooms especially pristine. The fire table, dining table, and comfortable furniture on the deck were wonderful touches we used every night we stayed. Communication with Kelly was fabulous: clear, quick, and super helpful -- both proactive and reactive. When we had one small issue with the house our first morning there, she responded immediately, came out to solve it within the hour, and even gave us a bottle of wine to make up for the (very minor) inconvenience. Easily one of the best experiences with a host, and a home, I've ever had. HIGHLY recommended. I can't wait to go back.

We are thrilled that we found this property for a long family weekend. We had a wonderful time at Kelly's beautiful lakefront home. The open floor plan overlooking the lake was beautiful, gorgeous views from every room and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck with spectacular panoramic views. The house was very clean and well stocked, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kelly is a wonderful host and very responsive. We would definitely go back again and recommend to our friends.

Our family vacation at Kelly's beautiful home was beyond what we expected. The lake house was well equipped, super clean and very comfortable. We especially loved the propane fire pit on the deck. We kayaked and swam non stop and cooked meals in the modern kitchen. There were lots of outdoor spaces with seating to gather or have alone time. Kelly was a dream to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She gave us a great list of recommendations to restaurants, wineries and hiking trails. Thank you for a fabulous family vacation. (3 adult sons and their wives). We made memories we will always treasure.

Lovely place at the north end of Seneca lake. I grew up on the finger lakes and I haven't spent much time at the northern end of Seneca lake, but it was absolutely beautiful. The house was immaculate and everything was easy to find - wehad a great time!

An adorable and perfect space! The cottage is clean, tidy and with modern decorations. Excellent lake location for kayaking and paddleboarding. The deck was an excellent place to sit to enjoy the the sunrise, meals and relaxing around the gas fireplace. The location was perfect for day trips to Ithaca, Corning, Glen Watkins and Niagra Falls. Gorgeous area! Kelly was very responsive and provided wonderful recommendations- restaurants, hiking and wineries. Chk in and chk out were so simple and easy. We highly recommend this house and host.
