We cannot thank Ms. Eden enough for her kindness and hospitality. The place is pleasant, relaxing, and the view of the beach is good. It was wonderful having the entire place to ourselves, and Mr. Olan, the caretaker, was always there to help us when needed. We definitely plan to return to Sunshine Villa in the future when we're in the area!

The place was beautiful and the Ates helping us out were great! As a foreigner, I would’ve loved to have been made aware of the typhoon that was in the area during our stay. Definitely would not have stayed if we were informed about the typhoon because the place was really slippery due to the rain. Make sure to be really careful walking if there’s rain because the finish of the tiles is slippery. Rooms 1 & 2 were the only decent rooms as 3 & 4 didn’t have washrooms and the washroom in room 5 was terrible. Though I did see that a renovation is in the plans for this washroom, I didn’t expect it to not have a door, a decent sized toilet, and proper water flow. Washrooms also barely have any curtains so beware when washing up. I also suggest bringing your own bed sheets or covers. The beach is very rocky even with aqua shoes on so don’t even think about going in without it! Overall, the place would’ve been amazing if the weather was better and the tile finish wasn’t so slippery.

Sir Romualdo was really responsive in answering all my questions prior to our booking. Here is a breakdown of our stay: Pro: -Pool was really nice. It was warm and it was clean. There was a slide and fountain that you can ask to be opened. -The rooms were also clean and did match the description. We stayed in all five rooms and the aircon was chilly which we really liked. -The kitchen was packed! Everything you will need is there. From plates, utensils, griller, ref etc. -We played volleyball and badminton during our stay. The equipment is included. -Tho it was raining during our stay, we were able to go to the beach which is literally just outside the gate. The beach was nice, a little rocky but swimmable Con: - Some of the bathrooms don't have bidets. Only rooms 1 and 2 has it. Room 5 bathroom only has a curtain as a door. - The road is quite slim and only 1 car can pass thru at a time and can be muddy if it's raining. Overall, it was a good stay with some improvement areas
