We stayed there for 35 days, and I can say that Dave is a very responsive host and always available and welling to help. the flat is well equipped and suitable for a family long stay. We enjoyed our stay, and My kids loved the place and the surrounding park as well.

The complex felt safe and quiet, however the apartment itself needs some work. The couch was terribly uncomfortable, as was one of the beds. Dish cloths and linen also needs replacing. One of the kitchen table legs felt like it was about to fall off and I don’t believe the dishwasher was working. No air con or fans in the bedrooms, however there is one in the living room.

Perfect location for our visit and helpful to have off-road parking space. Tidy and neat, we weren't at the place much other than to sleep so had what we needed.

Dave was amazing to deal with. Always easy to contact when needed and very responsive. Property was very clean and tidy.
