Very nice, spacious home. All amenities we needed were available. Kids enjoyed the pool & shuffleboard table. Beach is only a few minutes away as well as a grocery store & nice marina. Most everything you would want in a beach resort. Kevin was a very nice, responsive host.

Kevin did a nice job communicating. Nice home, but bare. Overall, it would give a large group plenty of room. I recommend booking if you will be in that area. Convenient to grocery store and easy quick ride to Boca Grande Island.

Our family had a great stay. So relaxing, yet close to all we wanted to see and where we wanted to go. Restaurants and grocery store only a few minutes away. We recommend this to anyone who wants a great place to stay, privacy, pool, close to where you may want to go yet out of the traffic.

This place was incredible! Hosts were amazing and quick to respond to the very few questions I had! The house was perfect for my kids, mom and I to enjoy our first Christmas without my dad. We sure missed him but this gorgeous house, the pool and the beach made the time less miserable. While we still shared lots of tears and memories the change of scenery was distracting! Thank you for making this beautiful home available for us to enjoy!
