We came from out of state 4a funeral. Place is beautiful. But had used snot rags laying around. Keurig had thick layer of old coco in the kcup part. Beds were hard. My wife is disabled n medically fragile. She gets blood vein damage if she’s kept in cold temperatures, Arthritis and Raynauds syndrome are just part of her diagnosis. Being kept cold can actually cause blood vessels damage. They have a smart thermostat. They kept turning the house temp down into the 50s in the middle of winter. (Dec19-22)Caused my wife’s extreme pain. Her leg ended up swelling up, and she couldn’t walk, or bend her knee. This house was off a river, w lg windows. Even w extra blankets we were frozen, miserable. We’d turn heat up and they turn it back to the fifties. We tried turning eco saver off. They kept resetting it. We are already in mourning, heartbroken. They made this trip extra miserable to save a dollar.

What a great and comfortable place. It is better than described/pictured. My wife and I agreed it is the most comfortable we have felt at a rental. We hope to Be back on future trips

The place was great. Easy to find and check in. Roomy and clean. I attempted to let the owners know about broken outside furniture upon arrival but I had no response. I attempted to let them know the air conditioner isn't working, the lines were frozen, no response from evolve. It was about 75 inside with all the fans going. There is also a wasp nest in the porch roof, many wasps flying around and entering through the lights into the roof. No screens on windows makes it hard to get fresh air without letting bugs in. It is a nice home and great location but could use some minor fixes.
