This is a luxury cottage in the vibrate, historic part of McKinney, TX. Kris seems to have thought of every detail while setting up this home. There are great places to congregate or relax inside and out of the home. My wife was excited at all of the birds she heard singing while sitting in the cozy wicker chairs in front of the house. I toured most of the historic part of McKinney and enjoyed a libation at The Yard, a great place for outdoor gatherings. This house is perfect for a family or friend get together, and Historic McKinney is walking distance. Historic McKinney has great restaurants, antique shopping, and live music venues. We highly recommend this home to all.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Cypress Cottage. Wonderfully appointed with charm and comfort down to the last detail, the entire cottage is absolutely adorable. My husband and I had the good fortune to stay for two weeks while our nearby home was undergoing renovations. We were amazed at how much it felt like we were on vacation..The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with high quality appliances, lovely dishes and thoughtful tools to accommodate every need. All three bedrooms are equally lovely and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and it felt like a home away from home. Downtown McKinney square is just a couple of minutes away which makes for convenient entertainment, but you won’t want to leave the cottage, with lots of entertainment in books and games conveniently tucked away inside, and cozy places to sit outside on the property.

We had a wonderful time on our girls weekend at this house! It has everything you need! Extremely clean, well laid out in terms of design and functionality….the owner put thought and detail into the house and you can tell…can’t say enough! I’d definitely come back again.
