Elegant and beautifully renovated Victorian home next to Waterford Valley, and Victoria Park. Thoughtfully updated with modern touches to preserve the historic character. • Beautiful Parks close by • Original staircase • Fully equipped open kitchen • Coffee • 2.5 Baths • Washer + dryer • Quiet Home • Fast Wi-Fi • Private parking for 2 vehicles • Professionally cleaned this spacious and serene space. The main floor boasts a fully equipped, open concept kitchen that flows into the living room, through to a large dining area. For added convenience, there is a half bathroom. Step into the extraordinary foyer and wander up the original staircase to the second floor to a large main bedroom with ensuite, and walk-in shower. There are three other bedrooms and an additional full bathroom.

It was great! had a wonderful stay.

This place was nice and roomy. The off street parking was great especially with snow clearing. The overall maintenance was poor, 3 door handles fell off. There was only 1 bedside lamp for 4 bedrooms. The drain in the master bath shower was identified as very slow drawing, but no offer to fix. The bar fridge was not working. The dishwasher was not anchored to counter, thereby tipping every time the door was open. The door shelves on the refrigerator were missing, limiting the capacity of the fridge. The blinds on several of the windows were either damaged or missing. Overall the space was great , but it the house needs a lot of TLC and maintenance to be great.

An absolutely lovely neighborhood, with plenty of walking and biking trails/options.
Take the Waterford River Walk trail all the way to the marvelous Bowring Park.
Victoria Park is just a block away and has formally laid out paths, a playground, a baseball field, a dog park, and green space. It is currently undergoing a major revitalization.
Tennis courts and soccer field just a short stroll up Leslie street.
