William was very responsive. The place was beautiful, clean and just as shown in photos. Loved the fireplace, firepit, jacuzzi, and the serene, peaceful and romantic surroundings. . The cabin had every conceivable amenity. The kitchen had all of the utensils needed, the bathroom was pristine with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were comfortable the linens soft and clean. The hosts put love and attention to every single detail. we loved the Bear Necessities Cabin. Will return again soon!

We loved our stay at Bear Necessities! Easy access, private, quiet and beautiful nature view from screened porch. The hot tub and being able to have a “real” fire with plenty of firewood made it even more enjoyable. William was such a great host. Very responsive! We look forward to our next stay!

The Bear Necessities was the PERFECT cabin for my boyfriend’ and my stay in Blue Ridge. The patio lighting was beautiful and made the cabin easy to find at night. The place was very clean, and the bed was comfy. The hot tub was the highlight of the trip!
