The place was very clean and nice and it definitely lived up to the pictures before seeing it in person. Only minor issue we had was the downstairs bathroom had a leak which Bruce made me aware of before we arrived but he fixed it promptly and was very quick with anything else I needed. Overall everything was really nice and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Quaint cabin that was very peaceful. The fire pit area is amazing! The cabin and apartment above the garage are both decorated very nicely. Host was very responsive - we had a few items where we needed some direction and Bruce responded almost immediately. Overall, excellent stay in the mountains! It was a little further away from the grocery than we were expecting, so please plan ahead so you don’t have to make too many trips into town.

The cabin was wonderful! The location is nicely wooded with a large fire pit and enough seats for 10. All of the beds and furniture were comfortable. There is a small shop down the road to grab breakfast or any items you may have forgotten. Tons of nearby fishing and hiking as well; Blue Ridge is also 30min away. We did have a septic issue the morning after our first night, which ultimately forced us to leave the cabin. Bruce maintained constant communication throughout the entire issue and coordinated as best he could. Airbnb failed miserably in supporting us, but Bruce was there every step of the way. I highly recommend Bruce and Beatriz's Cabin.

The cabin was perfect for the 9 of us. My wife and I stayed in the "guest" cabin while the other guests comfortably fit in the main cabin. There was plenty of space for everyone-which included a dog. The place was clean and well-maintained and Bruce and Beatriz were easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large table outside to eat at, the fire pit was large enough for us all to sit around and even played a few games of HORSE using the basketball goal.

Everyone that stayed here loved the cabin. We had 8 people and everyone was able to have their own bed and own personal space. There’s lots of things to do to pass the time, and the cabin is tucked away and has great privacy. We’ll definitely be coming back later on
