房东人非常不错，服务业特别好，房子非常有特点！

我们住在中国北方城市，所以每到冬天，都会去到温暖的城市居住2到3个月的时间。今年选择了korn的房子对我们来说太满意了，甚至考虑明年还要回来这里。具体说说原因:1.地理位置非常好，出小区过了马路就到海边。2.小区工作人员热情，勤劳，让人很有安全感。3.除了鸟叫，不会有任何噪音影响我们睡觉。4.厨房设备完善，以至于我的厨艺都得到了提升。5.距离不远处就7-11，生活用品一站购齐。6.房间面积足够大，活动起来很方便。7.korn回复很及时，会提供一些简单的帮助。这次我们是带孩子租车出行，所以买菜出行都没有遇到困难，孩子每天玩水也很开心。 缺点还是有一点点的，就是关于卫生的问题，如果明年我还回来这里，请korn记得帮我请到可以定期打扫房间的人，和记得除虫。您还欠我400泰铢的费用呢，也记得还我呦。

Korn est un hôte réactif, arrivé autonome, nous n'avons pas pu le rencontrer, monsieur Korn à fait en sorte qu'on est tout le nécessaire, il m'a réservé un taxi pour me rendre à un endroit, il a su répondre à toute mes besoins et mes questions, encore merci pour le séjour.

Nice place to unwind. The house is a little bit oldish but very cosy and definitely better than in the photos. Nice and clean beach is located 5 mins from the house. Also there is a nice family restaurant on the village territory. The host was very helpful and friendly. The host also seems to have changed several things in the house based on the previous reviews and there is a lot of kitchenware to cook in! The only thing that needs to be carefully controlled is the service of the cleaning ladies: they could come earlier than expected, or they could come and leave without knocking or calling you.

The house is old and needs a lot of maintenance. Very close to the beach. Korn was an excellent host, very supportive and always ready to solve issues. The house itself needs a lot of work. Korn went out of his way to buy an extra fridge since the one on top was not convenient. Super attentive and resolved all the issues but there were a few which couldn’t be fixed like water pressure in the top floor shower and the AC being moldly etc.
