Michele is a welcoming host and delightful person. She helped with my bags and made space for my food in the kitchen. I appreciated that I could store my kayak in the garage. Michele’ rental will work best for folks who eat out or get carry out. I do not recommend the rental for folks with low vision because it’s hard to see the stairs in the dark as well as entering the rental from the front door. Michele’s other guest stays all winter. He was very helpful with questions, and keeping the shared bathroom clean. I expected my bedroom to lock from the outside as well as the inside, however the door only locks from the inside. It was not a problem, but not what I expected. One other note; the laundry is on the second floor, and noisy if you are trying to sleep when it is in use.
