The flat was so close to the beach and the shops great location - plenty of space for my family and dog. Easy to access and plenty of road parking for guests. Lovely relaxing beach stay!

Very nice place to stay. Family of 4 and it served everything we needed for a long weekend. Clean and lots of amenities. Good parking and very close to everything in Southwold. Including of course the beach, literally 1 minute away.

Well located and everything is walkable. No bedding was provided for the sofa bed despite requesting ahead of our trip. No hot water on the first morning of the trip due to an issue with the boiler. Lucy kind dealt with both issues after we reported them.

Lovely stay, accurately described and great location. Communication was clear and helpful. Only felt the furniture was tired and some attention to detail with cleaning was needed. Other than that, fabulous stay. Would recommend.
