The location was in a great local neighborhood which is exactly what I wanted. Enjoyed the local culture and Nicholas was a fantastic host, the best ever. Always responsive and friendly, he quickly took are of any needs.

Super ninja Nicholas, muchas gracias!:) He brought everything I asked for (including a dish sponge!) A fantastic place if you and your housemates clean up after yourself (three rooms are rented in the house). The entrance to the house is located on the left stairs (leftmost). Each room has a personal refrigerator. The airgrill is cool! The coffee maker must be washed well before use. Garbage can be collected Sunday to Monday overnight from the street. We bought a laundry detergent, soap and rum in a two levels Walmart with escalators (near Condado). Our favorite beach is Carolina (buses: 9 or 15 + 45). Bus 0.75, subway $1.50. Put $15 on the transport card and get a $1.50 bonus) Walking distance "Jardin Botanico" (free entrance; take a pic of map at the visitor center). I also recommend "El Boricua" bar (check live music events on Fb) and "Flor de Parcha" restaurant nearby. Learn Spanish!;)

Great person, committed for an agreeable stay. Cozy place. Didn’t miss anything, kitchen has everything even a small pantry in case you forgot something.

Thanks Nicholas for a great stay didn't realize it would be so incredibly amazing Nicholas is incredibly responsive and on time with any responsive as long as it isn't early morning or really late at night unless he's awake definitely recommend if ur looking for somewhere to stay long term
