Nestled on the mountainside of Gifft Hill, this charming St. John home will give your group peace and comfort away from the crowds. Relax on the wrap-around porch, watch the sunset over Pilsbury Sound, listen to the Coqui frogs, and lounge on the newly updated pool deck. The nightlife of Cruz Bay is less than ten minutes away, and the National Park Beaches are about fifteen minutes. Close enough to all of the tourist action, but you won't have to sacrifice peace and comfort for proximity. Unique for groups! This home offers two private spaces (separate entrances, kitchens, sleeping quarters, bathroom and deck) perfect for families or groups of friends who would like to vacation together but still maintain some privacy. The upper story is a two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit with wraparound deck, full kitchen, living room and dining room. The lower "apartment" level is a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and private deck with a separate exterior door. Pool deck is at the apartment level with plenty of space for lounging and having fun in the lushly landscaped private outdoor space. The two spaces are rented as a single listing to ensure guest comfort and privacy. As of 09/02/2023, this listing also INCLUDES our 2022 Ford Bronco & a half day use of our center console dinghy for a trip to Lime Out or exploring Coral Bay. Additional time can be added for dinghy use if guest would like.

Beautiful property and great amenities! The bronco and boat rental were easy and made the whole experience seamless! Lovely pool, great sleeping arrangements for our family, stocked with everything we needed, and Melissa was a very responsive host.
Wow! I have been to St. John many times, and for the first time taking my family of 7, (16, 12,7,4,2 and the parents) this house truly gave us memories that will last forever. We all had adequate amount of room for all of our things and throughly enjoyed the pool that was always half shaded and half in the sun which was SO nice when you need a little break. We also added the Bronco to our stay, and it was sitting waiting for us RIGHT when we exited the ferry. No waiting in lines or waiting in car rental places for us! We were right up to our villa in about 15 minutes, with the help of our lovely greeters of course. The beach chairs that are waiting for you to use, were nicer than the ones I use at home! (I may need to get them now because this villa spoiled me!) Beach towels galore! Snorkels, goggles, floats, noodles, all for you to use! For the price, you just cant beat this! I will most definitely try and get back here one day!
Our stay was beyond Just Peachy, it was wonderful for our stay on St. John! Property is beautiful. The home is unique and comfortable. The porch and views were lovely. The pool was great for the kids. We rented the Bronco as well. It was a great sized car for our party of 5 and for navigating the island roads. We enjoyed our stay!
Amazing place- everything was absolutely perfect! The house is clean and adorable- the service was personalized and helpful the entire stay! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful home and the Bronco was a perfect bonus! I am picky about the cleanliness and this place was amazing! Hope to come back! Incredible stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private. Beds were so comfortable. Amazing beach chairs! Would love to stay again.

Located just outside of downtown Cruz Bay on Gifft Hill (at the Fork!). Great proximity for visiting downtown shops and restaurants, but it is also an easy trip to the National Park Beaches.
We have a private driveway. Need a car? We have a 2022 Bronco available that can be added to your rental! No need to waste precious vacation time in the rental car line!

My family and I are excited to share with you our home in St. John, the one place that we just couldn't seem to stay away from.
