Estuvimos felices,la chalet tenía de todo,todo super limpio y hermoso,lo único que deben rotular,porque la dirección que nos dieron nos envió por un lugar que no era,pero preguntamos y rapido lo encontramos,valió la pena,estamos encantando con el lugar,la anfitriona,siempre pendiente,en todo momento me contesto rapido y si volvería la pasamos espectacular 👌

The House itself was delightful—clean, spacious, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The photos don't do it justice! We appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, the high-speed internet and the gear needed to go on the hike. The property was great to explore. We went on the hike through the trails and even went swimming in the spring along the hike. Communication was prompt and friendly, and provided detailed instructions for check-in which made the process a breeze. Also gave us some great recommendations for local stores and attractions, which we thoroughly enjoyed. They went above and beyond, even scheduled us a private tour for a local coffee farm which was awesome! Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. We can't wait to come back, and this would be the first place we would try and go to! This was my first time in Caguana, my wife’s family is from the area and someone said, “this house gives you the real Utuado experience”. The nature, the logistics, the trails and all the amenities makes Chalet Canela a great way to tour the mountain side of Puerto Rico!

This place was fantastic! House was beautiful, the grounds fantastic! Was great to be able to go hiking in a private setting. Swim in the river, climb the mountain to the swing. Whole family had fun.

Awesome place and special! I went with my family and plan to go again as soon as we can. Utuado by itself is super beautiful and Chalet Canela is everything in one place!
