Javier was a great host...the house was beautiful the beach & scenery was AMAZING...the traffic sucks but thats not on Javier just a fact on the island. I would easily stay at Javier's again he was friendly helpful and on point with what is happening in Puerto Rico. You'll have a great time and Javier was excellent!

Javier was a great host responded back quickly soon as there was any issue I had. until he got my check out date mixed up & threaten to send the police to the villa also the pool wasn’t clean lots of bugs & dust at the bottom. However he did accommodate us with a light refund & a 1hr later check out time. The villa itself wasn’t what we expected but we did adapt to it with the lovely beach view nice area & vibe just to far from all the good food & fun activities. Nice experience but I will not stay in Arecibo area anymore that 1hr drive to & from San Juan everyday for all our activities & excursions was just to much also the pool did get cleaned eventually & we got in on our LAST day there. Do book Javier if your staying & plan on partying in that area it’s been a pleasure 🥰

The place was just what we needed, beautiful view!! Accessible to lots of restaurants ! Javier was certainly quick on communicating with us, and the place was very spacious, and the view it self was breathtaking !

On the beach. Has a garage for 2 cars but also lots of street parking. Very detailed instructions. Don't believe Google maps for location. It's little ways down the block. Looks just like the picture.

Love this house. The sounds of the waves were so pleasing. Javier was great!
