The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our tranquil place offers 4 independent apartments and a spacious patio with 3 private pools. This house is perfect and confortable for 25 people. We have 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, 4 living rooms in where we have 1 sofa bed in each, 10-12 parking spots and independent laundry located in the patio. High speed wifi for those who come to work and lots of food and things to do near and even walking. General description: Have the best getaway with family and friends in this Centrally located sea villa with 3 pools. Our tranquil place offers 4 independent apartments and a spacious patio with 3 private pools. One of our apartments (The Red Room) have 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with futon and a door with direct access to the pool. The second apartment (The wild cowboy/mandala) Have 2 rooms, one room with a queen bed and another with a twin bunkbed. The living room have a full sofa bed for two extra people and additionally it has a Tv for the group. The queen bed room have straight access to the pool. The third apartment (The Funky glamorous Paradiso) features 2 rooms, one with a king bed and Tv, the other room have a queen bed. The living room also have a full sofa bed and a cool NFL gaming station. The 4th and last apartment (Artsy Color blast) is the biggest one. It has 3 rooms with queen beds, two complete bathrooms. In the living room area the backyard door have direct access to the pools. All apartments have a full kitchen with dinning table and chairs. The 4th apartment have an oven and 4 burners because is the biggest kitchen. The other 3 apartments have 2 burners. All 4 kitchens have microwave, coffee maker and utensils for cooking. Our 3 pools are located in the backyard of the house. This area is completely private for the people staying in our home. The middle apartment is the only one that doesn’t have direct access to the pool. The backyard also have seating areas for the family to enjoy the sunny days and create memories. We have a laundry room in the backyard but the access is only for the cleaning lady. If you need laundry services you will have to let me know 24hrs prior to check availability. The prices per service depend on the needs: bottoms & tops: $6, underwear: $3, 1 load $30, 2 loads $20 each, 3 or more $15 each. Cloth will be washed and Ironed if requested. If you are allergic to any washing machine soap and you need a special soap the cost will be the double.

Neighborhood description
Our neighborhood is really chill and quiet and for us is important to preserve it that way. The front neighbor have several dogs since she is a rescuer. They just bark if you are near her house but besides that they won't bother you at all. The other neighbors next to us are elderly people who you barely will hear or see. If you see them, say hi and be respectful to them at all times.
One of the greatest assets of this villa is that we have several places walking distance. By the entrance of the street ( about 40 seconds walking) you will find a small shopping center that includes a delicious brunch and lunch place. If you walk to the left in the marginal there is street food during the day and night. If you are curious about Puerto Rican food, there is a School Bus that make local meals. Next to them there is more street food like pizza, hot dogs, and Mexican food. If you want to try a Puerto Rican dessert the try Piraguas right there in the street. If you like to walk a little bit there is Mc Donalds (that walk is about 5mins and I suggest to go in car). By the other side of the street less than 2mins there is a Chick fill A and is you walk a little more. To that side you will find another small shopping.
If you want a bigger Mall across the street you will see Plaza del Norte, there is a foodcourt, Econo (groceries store) and several stores like Tous, JC Penny, 1 of 50, Foot locker, Aeropostale, Petsmart, Krispy Kream and and many others (this is a 10min walk).
For those who never have been in an island this is a tropical place with a lot of humidity. All year our weather is hot between 72-95 degrees. This means that it is perfect to go to the beach and enjoy the pool all times. Also it means that we have insects that's why you should keep doors and windows close.
