Luis was an exceptional host. Very responsive to any questions as well as providing cooking recommendations to our freshly caught fish. His property is everything you need to have a perfect PR vacation. 10/10

This place is gorgeous. Just as the picture show if not better. Pool and view are lovely. It is a great set up for a large family so that folks can find their peace or find their place to interact. Luis was very responsive and bought us drinks and appetizers. A very nice touch. However, Wi-Fi was not as promised, and we had two people who needed to work during our visit. I had asked Luis in advance about the Wi-Fi and was told it was reliable. However, it definitely was not. Wi-Fi is likely sufficient for recreation or relaxing purposes, but it comes and goes frequently. As long as you don’t have an absolute need for Wi-Fi this place will be what you’re looking for.

We had an amazing stay at Luis’s place. He is extremely attentive and responds quickly to all your questions or requests. The house was extremely comfortable for our family of 12 and the outdoor area was very enjoyable with a great pool and spots for your morning coffee while listening to the waves. We would definitely come going back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were a group of 14 - 8 kids and 6 adults - and the accommodations worked perfectly for us. Beds and baths were clean and spacious, the living/dining area fit us all comfortably, and the outdoor space was truly amazing - with outdoor dining table, pool lounge chairs, plenty of seating under the pergola, and looking out at the ocean. Best stocked kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnb with basically every cooking tool you'd need, plenty of utensils and serving ware, and excellent fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher, so cooking at home for all of us was really easy. Unfortunately the waves were really intense while we were here so we didn't get to enjoy the beach much, but imagine it's great when ocean is calmer. We ate once at Luis' restaurant next door which was pricey, but very good. Really enjoyed Arecife 681 for dinner out as well. Cuevos de Indios were amazing and had a fabulous time on the Westside PR CaveTubing tour, for local options!
