Limited Access to the Ritz Carlton Reserve:
-House Guest are welcome to enjoy dinner at Positivo Sand Bar & COA only after 6:00 p.m. Reservation is required.
-The Ritz-Carlton Reserve pool is exclusive for Hotel guests

House Guest Access Privileges:
For an additional fee and subject to availability, the House Guest program grants access to the Dorado Beach Resort amenities, the Ritz Carlton Reserve Encanto Beach Club and Restaurants in our approximately 1,400-acre community including:
• The Watermill: aquatic private waterpark fashioned after a traditional Puerto Rican sugar mill.
• Encanto Beach Club, Bar & Grill: Two fabulous infinity pools overlooking the ocean, shady poolside cabanas and a casual Beach Grill restaurant.
• Dorado Beach Tennis Center: features Five Har-Tru® Clay tennis courts; all lighted for night play. Tennis instruction is offered in private, semi-private, and group lessons, as well as in clinics for beginner, intermediate and advanced.
• Fitness and Wellness Center: Offers an impressive fitness classes and wellness programs designed to help our members integrate all aspects of well-being into their lives. TPC Dorado Beach Golf Courses with House Guest Rates for tee times at the East and Sugarcane Course
• Championship Golf Courses: Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Locker rooms facilities and bag storage room available at Plantation Clubhouse.
• Barlovento & GoodWinds Center: A water sports center in front of Sardinera Bay with a bar, restaurant and shop.

HOUSE GUEST PROGRAM INFORMATION
The House Guest program is available for up to two (2) consecutive weeks per guest and a yearly total of eight (8) weeks per guest. The maximum number of House Guests allowed per Membership is eight (8) at a time. Children under six (6) years of age enjoy complimentary access.
The House Guest Program weekly fee is $350.00 per guest, plus applicable taxes. All incidental charges incurred by the House Guest will be deducted from your security deposit. To apply for a house guest membership, you must apply at least 2 weeks before your check-in date.
APPROVAL FOR HOUSE GUEST PRIVILEGES IN THE CLUB
House Guest's status may be terminated at the will of the member or the Club prior to the expiration of the Stay for any reason deemed appropriate by the member and shall terminate upon the earlier of termination of the Stay, The House Guest's privileges shall be terminated upon receipt by the Club of written notice to such effect within 72 hours. Any House Guest whose conduct or whose family's or guest's conduct shall be deemed by the Club to be likely to endanger the welfare, safety, harmony or good reputation of the Club or its members or is otherwise improper, may have all privileges associated with the membership suspended or terminated by the Club. The Club shall be the sole judge of what constitutes improper conduct, but improper conduct will include, without limitation: (i) allowing his or her membership card to be used by another person, (ii) failing to pay any amount owed to the Club in a proper and timely manner, (iii) failing to abide by the rules and regulations as established by the Club from time to time, (iv) abusing Club personnel or employees, or (v) acting in a manner incompatible with the standard of conduct of the existing membership or which would likely injure the reputation of the members or the Club.
