10 stars! Beautifully designed, efficient, safe, perfectly maintained. Ideal for our group of grandparents with two families with four grandchildren all four years old and under. House layout is terrific . Upstairs central room had a magnificent view , great seating , games for kids and a large screen for family viewing. Master br and bath were large and well designed. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The pool was beautiful with plenty of varied seating options and the water was clean and comfortable. Many pool and ocean toys for the kids (and adults).The bay and sandy beach were beautiful. The bay broke the ocean waves and made for easy water entry and swimming.Ramon was fantastic! When asked about a blender he noted it was a single drink mixer. The next day he arrived with a full size blender( not requested) and rolls from a local bakery. He was very responsive and assisted with everything, including having a local fisherman deliver fish. A suburb home and gracious host!

From the moment we opened that gate, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean that truly elevated our vacation experience. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and falling asleep to the gentle rhythm of the ocean every night made every moment magical. The cleanliness and accessibility of all amenities were top-notch, allowing my group of 10 adults and 2 toddler to relax and unwind effortlessly. Ramon's incredible responsiveness ensured that our needs were promptly addressed throughout our stay. The surrounding area of the Dorado Beach House is a haven for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The tranquil atmosphere and stunning surroundings provided the perfect backdrop. Finally, we visited several restaurants recommended by the Ramon. The Kikita Beach House was fantastic, and we also dined at COA Restaurant Dorado twice – and it was absolutely delicious! The culinary experiences added another layer of enjoyment to our time in the Dorado. We will be back next year!

This place was pure paradise! Even more beautiful than the pictures. We had a relaxing family vacation and enjoyed every minute of it. Ramon was wonderful and communication was great. The only thing we wished was slightly different was the linen and towel situation. We stayed almost a week and only had one towel per person so it would have been nice to have laundry available, but Ramon helped as soon as we reached out. Would 100% stay again.

The most amazing house i have ever stayed in. Unbelievable location, luxury, security and cleanliness. Its beyond what one would expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. The fact that you have a private pool just steps away from an almost private beach is simply amazing. It felt like living in paradise Security is perfect. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority for this host. The house is new and very smartly designed for utmost comfort. If you are looking for a luxurious villa in paradise, this is your place. The host served also as a 5-star concierge and helped us get fresh fish and lobsters from a local fisherman, a waiter to take care of the family and friends during one afternoon, kayaks, paddle boards , snorkeling gear and local recommendations for local food. All in all simply the best vacation experience. Highly highly recomend this house.

Ramon was a fantastic host. The house if absolutely beautiful and the most difficult decision we had each day was whether we spend our time in the infinity pool or on the beach! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a dream vacation!
