Overall, we had a great experience, property has a great location near restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and the beach. Place was very clean, we found it to be very safe for the kids. Host was very nice and responsive if we needed to reach her for whatever reason. We have nothing new to add to previous reviews on site regarding pricing and maintenance.

Esta en una buena ubicación, la casa tiene todo, pero tiene problemas de bajones de luz, tiene que arreglarlo ya que no es el área era la única casa con ese problema. los enseres se apagaban por tanto el aire acondicionado se apagaba, la Nevera. no funcionaba el calentador, Internet no funcionaba. En fin el único problema que le vi fue la luz.

Beautiful home, close to the beach, restaurants, and stores.

We were excited about this rental however, photos can be deceiving. The rental price is completely too high for what you get. Here are a few items that we thought were a miss. The house is on a busy street getting vehicle in or off property took 2 ppl, the gate did not lock. A restaurant two doors down plays loud music, there is a dog shelter next door (the dogs did not bother us). Air conditioner in one bedroom did not work. We counted at least 8 cameras in the recreation area, it was uncomfortable as we felt like we were being watched, toilet in this area would only flush if you lifted the cover and pulled the chain. The hallway shower leaked the whole time and had no functioning nozzle, showers were all cold. The rest of the showers had some hot water. All the towels had what looked like rust stains. The sofa cushions in the front room were dirty and ripped at the seams. And finally the WiFi did not work. With money put into this property it might work for others

The house have potential, but it clearly have lack of maintenance and definitely overpriced for what really is. The photos are misleading, be aware that there is a reason why the bathrooms are shown very little in the photos. This is not a children’s friendly house the energy switches were completely open. The owner didn’t disclosure location is in a very transit street with a dog shelter as a neighbor which make this a very noisy place which wouldn’t be a problem for some people, nevertheless should be disclosure. We found many issues that couldn’t be fix at that moment, an example ; a dirty and smelly extra fridge in the kitchen. We didn’t have much options, and rented was already paid for but the worst part is that the property owner decided to visit unannounced walk herself through the entrance all the way to the kitchen without explaining who she was, or the reason for her visit. I felt that visit was a invasion privacy and make us felt very uncomfortable.
