It’s hard to beat a place right on the ocean. Having the pool and ocean in your back yard is wonderful. The house could use some TLC however. The kitchen needs an overhaul. Everything is way to small for a house that can host 10 people. The fridge, the stove, almost no counter space. Beds were comfy but there’s no extra blankets. Plenty of towels though. We didn’t realize there’s no washer or dryer and that was a pain. House would be great for a short stay as long as you don’t really plan on cooking a lot. Overall, good….not great.
