The property is two minutes walking distance to the beach and easy access to several local pubs and restaurant.
Hayling Island sailing club (members only) is a 20-minute walk and the seafront funfair is approximately 30 minutes' walk along the beach or seafront pathway.
Available to guests are some magnificent walks and cycle tours.
Portsmouth, Emsworth, Thorney Island and Chichester are easily reached either by car, bus or train and for those more energetic these are easily within cycle distance.

There is a great regular bus service from Havant to Hayling Island with a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house. From Havant you have easy access to Portsmouth, Chichester and the south coast. Either by train or by bus. The Island does have its own taxi service for both local and long distance.
We enjoy good walking and cycling routes.
There is a. Stagecoach bus service that runs from Havant to Hayling island every 15 minutes
The number 30 and 31 service the island. The closest bus stop to us is the stop on Southwood Road, Eastoke avenue. Approximately 2 minutes walk.
