This is a lovely apartment on the beach which is a great base for exploring Hayling Island and the surrounding area. It's clean, bright, has a lovely garden, is right on the beach so works well with a dog as they can go on the beach. Thank you for a lovely week!

Nice overall & good location. Misleading information though as patio doors shown on the photos don't work. From the post on the floor including a council notice about local works, there had clearly been nobody else staying in the property during the month prior to our stay & so could have been fixed. At the very least the information about them not working should have been provided at an earlier point and in fact should be made clear on the property listing and I feel this aspect of the property was mis sold. Also mould on the back of the bathroom door and stones/bits of food in the long shag pile carpet which clearly needs a good shake.

Not worth the money at all as we arrived at the property the front door and the glass was disgusting first impressions not good inside the property there was no teaspoons the heating was on 12 really cold as we could not check on till 3 the patio doors has aassibe gap whichemt a draft from hell and we were told on the Saturday just before we arrived not to open patio doors as they are tricky to use thays one of the reason we booked there easy to let thedoh out for a wee bit no so we had to use the side door that's fine if there is light but nothing no outside light very dangerous so no this hoilday was not good never worth the money and we will not be going back there
