Enjoy our lovingly renovated top floor 1 bedroom apartment in a stylish grade 2 listed building with modern features (no lift it is via stairs). It is situated in the historic part of town, moments from the Waterfront; the Barbican; with restuarants, shops & bars in just 5 mins walking distance; the Theatre Royal & Plymouth Pavillions are just mins away. Enjoy our home with luxury touches such as Emma Mattresses for pure comfort, superfast broadband, and netflix on TV & allocated parking. There is one bedroom with a double bed with an Emma Mattresses. There are two choices of pillows too for your comfort on the bed. Also in the bedroom is a desk and chair for those that need it. There is a separate bathroom which has a shower over the bath, basin and toilet. The living area includes the kitchen area which has oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge. There is a dining table which extends or you can have as a smaller size plus the lounge area has a 2 seater sofa and armchair and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime apps for you to log in to your accounts. And my favourite is our cocktail bar for you to sit at and enjoy some light music whilst enjoying a romantic drink!

We both enjoyed our stay very much . A lovely space clean ,tidy & everything we needed. 10 minute or so walk to city centre, the Barbican , the Hoe. plus parking . Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. mel
A well situated flat and having a private parking space is a real bonus. Comfy bed, good kitchen and an uncluttered space. Nice and clean. My only criticism was that the plumbing is noisy and I was woken at 06:00 by someone having a shower elsewhere in the building. There is also traffic noise (despite being on the top floor) which I'm not used to as I live in the countryside. I guess it has to be expected in the city. We had a problem with the sofa but Jules was very responsive and I'm sure will fix it. All in all we would stay again.

nice and close to everything,had everything you would need to make you feel at home, very accommodating host, I did struggle with the stairs but that maybe because I'm unfit
The location of the property is very close to the famous Hoe area. The bed was a bit smaller than expected, i’m tall so couldn’t fit properly. Otherwise the property was great and quiet.

Plymouth is a wonderful historic town. Our apartment is situated in the Hoe and Barbican area.
On the Hoe as well as beautiful walks, lovely eateries with amazing views, there is a great kids play park, crazy golf and even Tinside which is a huge outdoor swimming pool.
The Barbican is brimming with history and great things to do everywhere you turn from the Mayflower Steps where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail from in 1620 to the Aquarium and amazing restaurants and take aways. Gin tasting in the Gin Distillery is great too!
We love to park up and spend our stays walking everywhere as everywhere is in easy reach whether it’s the Hoe, the Barbican or town. If you’d like suggestions of what to do then let us know!
