STAY AWAY! Upon initial arrival it was very icy and snowy outside. There is a key next to the front door but the key does not open that door you have to go around to the side. Nothing is shoveled very icy and wet. We found a dish washer full of dirty dishes upon arrival as well. I asked the host a few questions prior to arriving but never heard back. That night decided to go for dip in the hot tub, it wasn't working. I messaged around 8:30 pm. CO host Trevor said it was to late he'd get back to me. I never did hear back from Trevor until 2:30pm the next day, at that time he tried to start a fight with me for being unhappy and letting him know he had terrible customer service. We booked this trip specifically for the hot tub to relax with friends and family for my sons 16th bday. I contacted Airbnb support in the meantime to try to get a resolution for the hot tub, the were unable to reach host for over 24 hrs. We ended up leaving and getting a way better Airbnb for cheaper.

What a fun and beautiful weekend we had! The place was clean and located in a great area! Hosts were responsive and great to work with! We can’t wait to visit again!

The location was beautiful, with the property being well sized. The house layout, while a bit odd, was nice and there is more than enough room for a good amount of people. You see deer wandering the property and surrounding areas. There is quite a few shops, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Everything else you may need is around or less than a five minute drive from you, not to mention that Colorado Springs is around 30 ish minutes away. That being said, this house kinda feels like flippers got to it, with some shoddy renovations to the home. Which, while modern, really take away from the cabin feel of the property. My biggest issue with this property was that the biggest amenity (the hot tub) did not work our entire trip and it was the primary reason we booked the location. It was upsetting and I wish that had been communicated prior to booking/resolved during my stay. Along with this, the home did have a few areas that weren’t entirely clean but most of it was.
