Second year in a row that we have hosted out of town family at this location for the holidays. Perfect place for a large gathering. We were ten in all and had plenty of room to move about and sleeping quarters were plentiful. Finished basement with large TV gave the children (8-14) an opportunity to play computer games, while adults enjoyed football games on the first floor. The city of Howell offers numerous great restaurants and plenty of shopping. We needed help with unlocking the front door (digital), but a quick call to our host, William, and the problem was immediately resolved. I also should note that the house is well furnished. The kitchen offered everything we needed in the way of cook and dinner ware.

William was a fabulous host. The home was decorated for Christmas, roomy and adequately appointed with linens. It felt very clean, warm and welcoming.
