This is a lovely house set in a quiet residential area of a small town. Perfect for adults we were a family party of four couples and the property worked very well. The sunny garden is well equipped with seating and Dining areas and the hot tub which was a fun addition if a bit pricey. This is a great base for exploring West Sussex and the booklet in the house give lots of options. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away and gave a 20 minute easy transport option to Brighton. Lancing seafront is a 30 minute walk away with a pebble beach. Quite a few shops restaurants and takeaways in Lancing including an ASDA next to the train station. We had a great stay here and would recommend it to others

Nice sized property in a quiet area just up the road from Brighton. Train station was in walking distance as was the seafront.

amazing place, clean and with all the stuff we needed 😊 had an amazing time and would love to come back again! house was amazing couldn't have been better! all communication was perfect and everything we need! would 100% recommend!!

We had a lovely stay. The house was well equipped and spacious enough for us all (5 adults and 2 kids). Hot tub was a fun treat! Super close to the beach, Worthing and a short drive from Brighton. Lovely little villages and coffee shops dotted around. The house is at the end of a little culdesac that’s pretty tight and has a lot of vans parked around it but we managed with our two cars. Would recommend for a night away.
