This home is in the secluded Rockwood neighborhood that borders the San Juan National Forest and is a short walk to the Rockwood station of the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. Nestled in the woods, the townhome backs up to 35 acres of private land, offering quiet seclusion while still being close to all of Durango's top attractions. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace indoors and in the enclosed deck space. There is a one car garage and room for 2 cars to park in the driveway. The home has a lovely outdoor space for you to enjoy the views and an outdoor BBQ grill for dinner under the stars. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
