The full kitchen has an island, full-size fridge, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and regular drip coffee maker. The dining area has table seating for 6. There is a full bathroom on each level with updated walk-in showers, and an extra vanity space upstairs. For your convenience, the condo also has its own washer and dryer. The large deck has seating, an electric grill and big views. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.
