Main Level Gathering Areas - On the main level is where you will find open concept living with a comfortable living area with a fireplace and flat screen TV, a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen, and coffee bar. There is a nice deck off the living room to take in the great cliff and golf course views. The deck has seating and an electric grill. There is also a full bathroom and laundry closet on this level. The upstairs bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a large full bathroom. There is also a loft bedroom with entry door and a unique sliding barn door to create privacy between the sleeping area and the living area below. This loft bedroom has a King bed, with it's own full bathroom. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
