Hi, this property was good in terms of location and family with one kid younger than 5...central location and walkable to beach, market, bus or train stop so it's very convenient..But to be honest property was not done with paste control and there were lot many Cocroaches company we had to deal with during our stay of 5 night...That was big deal for us..we reported back to Airbnb as well host but you can't expect them to do paste control during your stay, they should have taken care of it before providing services to customer which I feel missed out...Otherwise all good....

Great location at walking distance to shops, groceries, liquor store, restaurants and the beach. The unit was recently renovated at the time of our stay, so everything was new. Also, GCHM team was very communicative and provided clear instructions for all needs.

It was a lovely one bedroom unit with comfortable bed. The unit is on the 12th floor between two elevators and at night you can hear them going up and down. Will only be a problem if you are a light sleeper. The location could not be better.

The apartment was right in the middle of the city, very convenient to get everywhere. Close to public transport as well. Clean and tidy, exactly like the photos. Checked-in time is not flexible and the key retrieval is about 200m away, its not located on site, so bear that in mind. Amenities is also not replenished, we have to buy some extra things for us to use. Otherwise, it is still a nice apartment.
