Very comfortable house for a large group. Spa got good and hot. Skylar was an excellent host - very friendly and responsive.

Overall, the experience was marred by several issues, ranging from cleanliness to safety concerns. We communicated with the maintenance guy during our stay however most of the issues were not rectifiable in the time we were there. Pros: • Spacious Cons: • Cleanliness: The property was generally unclean. Floors were dusty and damaged which caused a few of us to stub our toes. Rugs were dirty and dusty. • Electrical and Appliances: Many lights were not operational. Most tv remote was out of batteries. The dishwasher was unstable and fell over when the racks were extended. • Bathrooms: The upstairs bathtub had drainage issues, which was inconvenient for a group of 12 sharing two bathrooms. Towel bars and toilet paper holders were broken. • Backyard and Amenities: The backyard was extremely dirty, requiring us to clean it. The BBQ was filthy and unusable. A rusted and sharp chair posed a safety risk.

Skylar was a great host. A line of communication was always open. Hot tub was a lot of fun for all the guests. Spacious house with lots of rooms and bathrooms for our group.

I found Skylar’s place because I was getting married in Moorpark and needed a house for the weekend. This location was only 5 mins away from my wedding venue and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is modern and beautiful with keyless entry, 2 car driveway, beautiful pool and plenty of rooms. Skylar was attentive and always responded in a timely manner. Her place was exactly as described if not better! Clean rooms, clean kitchen, spacious living rooms, beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub. If you’re thinking about getting married in Moorpark or just having a staycation in the area, don’t look any further and book this home while it’s available!
