The Pool House, Carriage House and Airstream on the Ranch can comfortably accommodate your group of 10. You will have private access to all the amenities that our 10 acre family estate ranch has to offer, including a resort style pool, large hot tub, mini golf, tennis/ pickleball court, basketball court, giant group fire pit, private patios and intimate fire pits, smoker grills and more. Enjoy nearby family farms, equestrian facilities, local eateries and more. Inquire for larger gatherings. This Estate ranch is our family home and we offer our guest homes for you to enjoy, while still allowing plenty of privacy. We are close to local event venues and enjoy hosting bridal parties, family reunions and mini retreats. Our Carriage House offers 2 bedrooms each with 1 queen bed (up to 4 occupants in this house). This house has a full kitchen with a 4 burner gas range, full fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It has one bathroom. Our Pool House is right off the resort pool with a large interior gas fireplace, large living area with wet bar, kitchenette and one bathroom. This house offers 2 queen size Murphy beds (sleeping for up to 4) situated on either side of the fireplace. Our Airstream is our adorable nostalgic silver bullet trailer nestled in the patio of the Carriage House. This offers a double bed and a pull out single. (Sleeping for 2). This trailer offers a kitchen and bathroom and is comfortable cozy space. Additional accommodations may be available. Please inquire. Our resort style pool is outfitted with 9 pool loungers, a cabana lounger, multiple umbrellas, & dining tables. Pool floats available. Our tennis and basketball courts are available for your groups use and perfect for games of all sorts. Each house has patios and patio furniture and a fire pit. Our park also has a group space for larger parties and a very large group fire pit (please inquire). As we love to host you and your group, please note that any additional visitors or vendors may require additional fees for events. Please inquire about our event packages.

This property was perfect location for a golf weekend to the area. Six of us stayed there for the weekend to play three courses (Tierra Rejada, Rustic Canyon, Moorpark CC) that were all within 10 minutes. Also located close to Santa Barbara where we ventured for a day of golf at Sandpiper. The property provides a lot of flexibility with the Carriage House, Pool House, and Airstream to allow everyone to have their own space to sleep. A lot of great amenities: pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball. Plenty of room for cornhole tournament. We enjoyed grilling steaks on the Traeger while hanging out by an awesome fire pit. Also plenty of room to hang out and watch TV, play cards, etc. Everything is clean. Well decorated. Hosts were awesome. Super responsive and very helpful with answers to questions and local recommendations. I think this property provides great options for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend this for your next annual golf trip.

We are surround by farms. We are pretty rural with only a handful of other homes around us, yet we are only a few minutes from everything you need, including grocery stores, target, delicious eateries, golf courses & more. You will have gorgeous views of hills and mountains and even the Reagan Library. Ask us about our hilltop sunset picnic option and get views of the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands.

Inside our secure gates. There is no street parking! You will have 2 driveway spots only. Inquire about additional parking.
Underwood Family Farm is within walking distance and has a lovely farmers market and lots of family activities. Uber and Lyft are easily accessed. Everything else you might need is just a short driving distance
