This place was GREAT. It is outfitted perfectly with 2 large family room type spaces with large TVs. Overall ,the place is very large and had ample space for all of our needs, including an office for some work. The pool and backyard are a perfect place to relax as well. Super close to downtown in The Woodlands and all the offerings of Town Center. Rodrigo went above and beyond what we have experienced in any other Airbnb by leaving some poster making supplies so that we could make supportive posters since we were in town for the Ironman race. We used the supplies and our Ironman LOVED it. Thanks so much for that extra touch. We would stay again if/when we get back to The Woodlands.

Rodrigo’s home was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We did not get to use the pool due to the weather but it was clean and a nice size, we would’ve loved to be able to use it! Rodrigo provided very clear instructions and was friendly. I would stay here and again and recommend it for a weekend getaway!

well this my second stay at one of Rodrigo's property both being close by. The homes are clean and quiet. My family was comfortable and at peace as we came and went in and out of the house. The walk and the area is so at peace and clean. I would recommend any and everyone to give Rodrigo's houses a chance. trust me it would be the best decision one could make. I would rate my stay with 5 stars and the money is well worth it and I will always use him for my stay. As the saying says if it is not broke don't fix it. My next stay I will look for him for. perfect stay again. Plus he is very helpful too making us feel comfortable.

What can I SAY about this house? Outstanding from the entrance to the pool, this house was perfect for my family of six, there was some supplies that the homeowner offers like laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. The only thing we had an issue with was we need more face clothes, which there was only one in each bathroom. also, I would say add some board games to the house and some toys for the pool. I would definitely stay here again. My family enjoyed every moment in this house.
