Make some memories at Mulberry Farm, a fully renovated country farmhouse. Large yard with a cozy swing in the mulberry tree overlooked by the sunny patio. The location just off I-70 means it is close to Topeka (20 minutes) and Manhattan (less than 30 minutes). Also close to St. Mary's (20 minutes) and Maple Hill (5-8 minutes). This open concept cottage has two beds (1 queen, 1 twin) and a convertible queen sofa. Able to sleep 5 but flexible for small children. Counters seat 6. Located on I-70 frontage road, so some I-70 noise but we have a noise machine to help cancel it out.

Cute little place for a one night stay as we passed through the area. Conveniently close to the freeway but I couldn’t even hear traffic from inside. I appreciated the view of the sunrise while drinking my morning coffee.

We love this little cottage! Close the cow sale we go to every spring and fall. Host Alisha is great 😊
Perfect home for my family of 5 overnight stay. My children especially loved the farm to run around and the swing in front of the house. Alisha is very friendly and promptly responded with a call when we had trouble with the lock upon arrival. We look forward to returning soon!

Parking all along our long driveway that has a loop at the end. Please, no parking or driving on the grass.
