Come stay with us and enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home in the heart of Sidney By The Sea! Only 2 blocks away from Waterfront and Beacon Ave where you will find numerous boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. This beautifully decorated executive home is just minutes from gorgeous views and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We are just 30 min to downtown, and just 20 minutes from the world famous Butchart Gardens! There is so much to discover here! There are 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. The Main floor has Master Bedroom with Ensuite. Living Room, Kitchen/Dining Area and Powder Room. The Upper floor has 2 additional Bedrooms, Main Bathroom and Laundry. Outside you can relax on our sunny south facing patio with natural gas BBQ and fireplace. We are just a short distance to the Airport and BC Ferries.

This house is beautiful and in an awesome location. It is only two blocks from downtown Sidney and two blocks to the ocean where you can walk for quite a bit. Lots of sea life there - otters, seals, oyster catchers, etc. We missed seeing a whale by Jacks on the Water by 20 minutes. I love Sidney and there are a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. We love Mariner's pizza and Jacks on the Water (new restaurant). But plenty of others - Chinese, Thai, Indian and of course Fish and Chips. The house has all the amenities of home - loved the gas fireplace and the patio and deck. Plenty of towels and supplies. Kitchen is just like home - coffee pots, kettles and all the amenities. I would highly recommend staying here - plenty of room and a great location. Stunning views just a block or so away. It is so nice that you can walk everywhere. There are lovely galleries in Sidney and we caught an Art Show at the Mary Winspeare building. All local art from Vancouver Island.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. (Even more lovely than the photos.) There was everything you could possibly need and more. Loved the book about the accommodation that included all the detailed information. Chelsea was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this vacation home!
We feel very lucky to have had the great fortune of staying in this beautiful home. It was absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, immaculately cleaned, thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were especially grateful for how well labeled everything was. We never even had to guess where a light switch was or which remote controlled what. The location couldn't have been better. We had a car (and took advantage of the driveway) but really didn't need it much because we were within walking distance of great food and the stunning shoreline. This house was a dream!

Great location to everything in Sidney. Only 30 minutes from downtown Victoria also. Airbnb is on a flight path. Not very noisy but just something to be aware of. Would definitely stay here again

Our home is located in a quaint friendsly neighbourhood, just minutes from great walking paths along the water.
Go for a Stroll along the waterfront on Lochside or watch the fishermen on the Pier. Enjoy a picnic on Glass Beach as you look for treasures. Take pleasure in eating local fare or relax in one of Sidney's fine coffee shops. They are everywhere!
Take the day off to relax at a Spa. Sidney's streets are lined with fantastic restaurants, relaxed cafes, boutique hotels and treasure-filled shops.
Sidney is perfect for Outdoor adventures with hiking, biking, kayaking, sailing and whale watching eco-tours!
Don't miss the Shaw Ocean Discovery Centre Aquarium, the art gallery's featuring local artists or spend the day at the beach. There is so much to see here!
One thing to note is our home is on a flight path *you will hear planes flying overhead from time to time. No one has been bothered by them, but we did want to make a note to make sure it wasn't a surprise*
Everything is within walking distance or if you'd like to bike, there are numerous biking trails to explore.
Our home is just two blocks from the waterfront, walking distance to parks and also to town.
Parking is free for one hour on the Main Street and is free for two hours on every side street:)
There is so much to discover and everyday in Sidney feels like a Holiday. It has all the Hallmark vibes and has been featured in many Hallmark movies! You will love it!
