This a really nice place by itself with stunning views and a great location. The unit was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it properly because it was noisy and not so much private. There are children living upstairs and you get a lot of loud footsteps pretty much any time of the day. They were also doing maintenance work during our stay and we had people showing up in our patio space and around the unit talking loudly on the phone. It is sad to leave a negative review for such a beautiful place but I really hope they can be a bit more considerate while having guests and maybe schedule their construction work for when the unit is empty.

Sabrina's place is amazing. There are no negatives that I can think of. Well stocked kitchen (available cooking oil/spray was a big bonus). And you can't beat the view and the location. I felt right at home and very secure. Sabrina was an amazing host and let me plug in my EV while I was there. I can't wait to come back.

Wonderful place super close to the ferry. The view from the hot tub is amazing, would stay again!

It was a beautiful place with amazing scenery and we were very easily able to walk to Beacon street to do everything we wanted. The only thing I was not a fan of was there were no curtains in the living room and kitchen allowing the outdoor camera to look in, the only real privacy was in the bathroom and bedroom. However, that is an extremely easy fix and based on how amazing this place was, not at all a deal breaker
