The Annex was perfect for us - spotless, comfortable & with everything we needed. Lee was really responsive & helpful and check in was seamless. We were going to a family party in Hinckley so the location was superb too. We liked the selection of things to do - even though I'm originally from Leicester I hadn't been to Bosworth Field so we went for a look after checking out! Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful little annex situationed in a quiet area! Lee was very responsive over message but perfectly private too! Lovely, warm place with lovely facilities. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The flat was nicely appointed with modern decor and appliances. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Perfect place for our needs - we were visiting family in the village, and this was in walking distance from them, and also pubs and a convenience store. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again. Thank you Lee!

Comfortable, spotlessly keen, well appointed. Perfect for our needs; an overnight stop en route to university visit. Really easy, and great communications. Good value too. Highly recommended.

I was blown away by this place. Really well thought out layout, that provides you with everything you need for a home from home, with some really nice touches. You feel like you're in a top-class hotel but with the feeling of home. I cannot say enough good things about this and Lee. He was responsive, flexible, and really accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here, as well as stealing a bit of inspiration for something similar at my own house.
